Factual Questions
If a figure on this site is wrong, tell us which page and which figure. You do not need to prove it. We will go back to the source we cited, check it ourselves, and either fix the page or explain on the page why the number stands.
If You Make One of These Products
Manufacturers are welcome to correct anything factual: an ingredient, a size, a dilution ratio, a price, a discontinued product, a label claim we read wrong. Send the page and the correction.
Image Removal Requests
Product photographs on this site come from manufacturer and retailer listings and identify the product being written about. If you hold the rights to an image and want it removed, send the page URL and the image, and we will take it down within 48 hours of receiving the request.
Removing a photograph does not remove the product. The page stays, and so does every number on it, because the data is ours and only the photograph is not.
Questions About Product Evidence
The about page explains how product evidence is assembled. If a displayed fact does not match its cited source, tell us which page and field.
Evidence questions arrive in a few recognizable shapes. A stale figure. A price that no longer matches the listing. A rating whose count looks wrong at the retailer. An evidence level that reads too generous for the document behind it. Each one gets the same handling. We reopen the source, re-read what it actually says, and the page either changes or explains itself.
What speeds the answer up is a URL and the exact figure in question, because most checks take minutes once the right number is named. What is not needed is courtesy, a formal structure, or proof. The site promises that every number carries its source, its sample size and the date it was read. A reader who holds it to that promise is doing the work the site asked for.

What answers the mail is the editorial team, and what stands behind the answer is the receipt file rather than anyone's authority. A correction is checked against the source that produced the figure, not against the opinion of whoever wrote in, and not against the pride of whoever wrote the page. That is the whole advantage of publishing by method: disagreements have an arbiter, and the arbiter is the cited document.
The absence of a named editor is not a dodge. Named credentials in this category are mostly self-assigned, and a byline that cannot be checked protects the writer rather than the reader.
